Inspiring Leadership for Engineers and the Community

My Leadership Journey

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of taking on significant leadership roles, guiding teams to achieve ambitious goals. My experience has instilled in me the importance of collaboration, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence. I believe that strong leadership is about empowering others and fostering a shared vision.

During my tenure at PEO, I served on the Audit and Finance Committee, contributing to key financial oversight and decision-making processes. I was also part of a regional team that conducted a comprehensive review of chapter systems, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness. More recently, I’ve dedicated my efforts to the Risk Assessment Working Group, identifying and addressing potential challenges to strengthen organizational resilience.

For Engineers, By an Engineer

As an experienced engineer, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that define our profession. My mission is to advocate for PEO self-regulation, restore significance to the professional designation, and equip engineers with the tools and support they need to thrive. Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant engineering community while upholding the core principles of our profession to protect public trust and safety.

Let's Connect

I am dedicated to serving the engineering community and welcome your thoughts and ideas. Please feel free to reach out and connect with me. Together, we can shape the future of our profession.
